l Structure Dimensions

SWT- 100KW Variable Pitch Wind Turbine set includes wind turbine, the generating part (generator, active variable pitch brake system,slip ring, direction-adjust device), tower, anemoscope, dogvane, intelligent controller etc.

l Variable Pitch Mechanism:

when the wind speed exceeds the set value of safety wind speed , the pitch system will change the blade angle , the RPM will be reduced,the turbine will stop when the blade angle is 90 °; meanwhile start yaw control, the yaw control , rotor axis and wind direction at 90 ° , the rotor stop turning . Multiple sets of protective devices at the same time protecting the wind turbine, and make the wind turbine operate safely.

C. Automatic mode working logic: when wind direction wind speed sensor detects the wind speed is greater than start wind speed , starting yaw mechanism to make rotor face the wind direction, the wind turbine starts working , when RPM, output voltage , output current and output power exceed the setting value, Pitch system will start feathering , ( each action is about 3 ° ) , when the wind speed reduce, the rotor back-paddle to maintain the best upwind angle , so that wind turbine can keep maximum power generation status . When state grid suddenly blackout, or wind speed exceeds safety wind speed or system failure or electromagnetic brake booting, or system shut down, the wind turbine feathering to limit ; while yaw system start-up , ( wind speed exceeds start wind speed ), the rotor shaft line and wind direction at 90 ° to achieve deceleration braking, wind turbine will stop working to protect the system security .
